PRIVATE ACCESS & PARKING – Access is via a secure door providing access to Garden Area and Property Entrance. There is parking for a car on the driveway plus street parking nearby. Should you have bikes these can be stored in the self contained garden area . We ask respect is given to residents in adjacent property when arriving/leaving.
THE SUITE– The suite is a two bedroom plus Annex suitable for 4 Adults and is spread over two floors, the 1st floor contains Kitchen Lounge Dinner and Bathroom. while Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The welcome pack provided will help you settle in quickly as well as tea, coffee, milk etc.The suite is made up of :-
LOUNGE DINER – The Lounge provides seating and a dining for six with reading Materials Games and TV.
KITCHEN – The kitchen is well equipped. Including Full Oven and Hob, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher and Washing Machine, Kettle Toaster and is stocked with china/cutlery pots/pans/utensils etc.
BATHROOM – The bathroom contains a shower, toilet & basin and is stocked will plenty of towels, as well and storage space.
REAR BEDROOM – The rear bedroom has dual aspect windows, it comes with double bed, dressing table and wardrobe.
FRONT BEDROOM – The front bedroom comes with double bed, dressing table and built in wardrobe. plus access to a children’s room with sleeping for two.
